EARLY LIFE
Archie Margrain Hawkins was born on 6th March 2002 in the borough of Wandsworth, United Kingdom. At the age of 3 Archie left his home town of Earlsfield, Wandsworth and relocated to Pecs, Hungary with his Parents. Where he grew up in the nearby Parish of Orfu Banos. Archie has a younger brother, George Hawkins, who is also a footballer.
As a child, Archie played for local club PVSK, which was formed independently by athletes of the Pecs railwaymen in 1909. Archie joined in 2009 and spent 11 years learning his football trade there. He left in 2013 for a spell at local club PMFC for just over 2 years (2019 -2022). Archie left PMFC at the end of the 2022 season whereupon he joined local Pecs university club PEAC to further his football education. Archie was educated at ……. and finalized his formal scholarly education at Brazay Kalman Altalanos Iskola es Gimnazium in 2026. A Gymnasium school in Magyarhertelend, Baranya.
Growing up, apart from his coaches at his former clubs, Archie’s main influence in his football development were his parents. And his role model was Zinedine Zidane.
STYLE OF PLAY
A versatile midfielder, Archie is capable of playing on either wing as well as through the centre of midfield. While predominantly right-footed Archie is is very strong with both feet. He is typically deployed as in a traditional attacking role on either side of midfield, where he regularly looks to pressurize the opponent. In this position, he is able to use his pace and acceleration, agility and technical skills to take on opponents in one-on-one situations.
